Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Tool Designer 		(1997-2001)
	· Designed and installed production lines in satellite facility.
	· Reduced cycle times by 25% on two key processes.
	· Furnished ROI's on $4 million of new equipment, which was purchased and installed.
	· Designed new tooling for manufacturing and managed $2 million Tooling inventory.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor 	(1990-1996)

	· Supervisor of around the clock, 16 man Maintenance Department. During tour upgraded specialist training,
